How to Register at PS 56

PS 56 accepts applications for Pre-K through fifth grade throughout the year.

We offer World Language, Gifted & Talented, Special Education and General Education Programs in a small community school environment.

Application

Parents can apply to PS 56 on the MY Schools portal.

Registration

  1. For families who have been offered a seat to PS 56, go into the My Schools portal you used to complete the school application process. Log-in to the the portal, “accept” the seat to PS 56.
  2. Within a few weeks, you will be emailed access to a portal where you will complete and submit a series of registration documents.
